Instructions include 3 different size bags that are quick and easy to sew. 

Small bag has 6 mesh bottle dividers, Medium bag has 10 dividers and Large has 14 dividers. Bags can be made without bottle mesh dividers and be used as a pencil or cosmetic bag.
